Schemes
That organize
So tidily
Models
That fit
So neatly
All the many
Substitutes
For reality
And the absolutes
Of each and every
Simplifying the convoluted
Of the complexity
Supplying easy answers
For all the difficult dilemmas
Fitting all the many different people
Into nice little categories
The almighty system
The time-saving, efficient
Well run system
Too bad isn't it?
That everyone can't think the same way
And conform according to the same
Easily understood set of standards
Then everything would be
So easy going and the system
Would seem so simple
And strong and stable
Too bad everyone has to be so different
Why can't everyone think, talk and act the same?
Then there would be no need
For problems or answers
And yet who is to say what
That one way should be like?
Who has the right to play
Omnipotent God
With so many people's lives?
