Our rates are generally calculated on the required amount of time, additional research resources and any travel expenses incurred during the normal period of the project.
If a project is judged to be worthwhile, a bid will be rendered along with a specific research design, for a total amount, with research & travel expenses to be paid in advance. The balance of the time-payment will be rendered upon the completion of the final report.
The bid can be negotiated, but hourly rates will be set according to a sliding scale. Cost over-runs of travel or additional research materials will be paid for by the client. Any time over-runs in the research period and analysis will not be charged to the client beyond the negotiated amount.
