This Morning
(a little contentment)
I saw a beautiful magnolia
Out across the rooftops
Being blown in the wind
And the large oval leaves
Shook and rustled
This overcast weather
The rainwater splashing everywhere
Best fits my stormy soul
A somber tonality to my life
A chilly contentment
And a longing for warmth
