Profit/Non-Profit Policy

We adopt both profit and non-profit based programs, in a fairly symmetrical manner. The primary purposes of our profit-based projects and programs is to grow our framework and to provide the financial context and resources for other non-profit programs. We promote non-profit programs both their own sake in facilitating alternative development, as well as to foster positive social relations and feedback on behalf of the Lewis Works framework. We will undertake no program that is purely for the sake of making profit no matter what the long term consequence or short-term nature, and will endorse no such program within our framework. While we strive to provide a broad range of resources and services within Lewis Works, we hope that the use and purchase of these facilities is entirely voluntary and done in terms of the full understanding and awareness of product value and consequences.
