Lewis Works Official Policy Statements Overview Policy List Updates Queries
Standard policies are intended govern all social relations within Lewis Works, whether explicitly or by default, and whether in real time or virtual space. These policies are deliberately designed for the mutual protection of the rights and interests of all parties in active or past relation to Lewis Works, and form the basis for all legally-binding contracts, written, verbal or otherwise rendered, that are or will be developed within the Lewis-Micropublishing system. These Policy Statements are intended to embrace and encompass all extant public, social, private, professional, commercial and non-profit relations operating within the Lewis Works system. While these policy statements define the structure of Operation of Lewis Works. Com, it should be noted and understood that exceptions are frequently made in detail and in relation to individual cases to render the system more adaptive and responsive to the mutual needs of interested parties. Policy regulating particular cases can be negotiated. It should be noted also that principles governing the definition, publication and modification of these policies embrace the highest ethical and legal standards known to exist, and that decisions and Judgments rendered in special cases will reflect the action of these principles. Finally, it should be noted that policies will be periodically added, updated and amended without previous notice being given, but all changes will be announced , posted and explained in detail within these pages. It is the responsibility of all persons or parties intending to engage or actually engaging the services of Lewis Works to familiarize themselves beforehand with the details of these policies and to discuss freely with members of Lewis Works. the implications and variables each policy entails. It is the responsibility of all members of Lewis Works to uphold and abide by these policies to the letter, and to explain and announce all facts, implications and modifications of policies within these pages and upon demand. Any individual or party who has engaged any of services of Lewis Works will be given due notice of the relevant governing policies to these Respective services Individuals and Parties who engage Lewis Works will be considered as fully understanding and in implicit agreement with these relevant policies to the fullest extent possible, as a result of their engagement of Lewis Works. Standard Policy Updates, Amendments and Current or New Policy Announcements It is our serious intention to make our policy statements as complete, detailed and relevant as possible to emerging situations. Please note that turn around time between policy changes and their posting will vary due to extenuating circumstances, but will be considered to take effect from the time of their official posting in these pages. All new changes and modifications of our policy statements will be posted below and will remain posted indefinitely in chronological order. The date and time-stamp of the first posting of each policy-modification with be given and hyperlinks provided to pages explaining in detail the nature and ramifications of the policy changes.
