General Disclaimer

At Lewis Works, there are some things we do not do under any circumstances, without exception. Here is our list, and it is assumed that all customers who visit our site and then order our products and services have read and explicitly understand and agree with our rules, including any Service Agreements and our General Customer Service Policy

Lewis Works, or representatives of Lewis Works, or any of its departments, divisions, domains or other subsystems or affiliations, do not:

1. Send SPAM e-mails or other unwanted solicitations except for voluntary e-mail lists, nor do we promote others who are involved in SPAM.

2. We do not engage in the publication or promotion, electronic or otherwise, of any content that is explicitly pornographic, violent or depicts the exploitation of people or nature in an obvious and violent manner.

3. We do not promote our sites, web-pages, products or interests unfairly or misrepresent ourselves in any deceptive manner, nor do we affiliate with others who misrepresent themselves in any way.

4. We do not offer any product or service whatsoever, of any kind or manner, that we feel does not meet our highest quality standards or if we cannot perform the service efficiently, in a timely, expert and competent manner.

5. We do not represent the interests of the manufacturers of any of our products, nor do we represent the interests or opinions of any other party or institution or individual other than those of Lewis Works, or any employee or representative of Lewis Works.
