Phase 111 is anticipated at the successful completion of phase 11, and is targeted in two years from now, late September, 2003. Hence we expect, if all goes well and according to plan, to be able to inaugurate phase 111 of the metasystem framework by the late Summertime of the year 2005.

Phase 111 will be marked clearly by the legitimate incorporation of the Lewis-works framework, and its components, as a business and non-profit institution. Secondly, it will be marked by the considerable expansion of the human and non-human resource base to a new level of operational productivity. Thirdly, it will be marked by the increasing elaboration and differentiation of the basic working framework in a manner that will reflect the developmental growth and realization of the metasystem models upon which it was originally based.

It is expected that during phase 111 there should be increasing mutual reinforcement and support internalized within the framework itself, augmented by the capacity of the framework to create its own resources and to effectively develop new forms of resources and working systems ased upon these resources.
