To provide comprehensive organization and support as a framework for the development of the departments and subsystems that function within its umbrella and sphere of control. This can be divided between (a) those departments and subsystems that are differentiated and developed separately from the Lewis-works domain; and (b) those departments and subsystems that come directly within the Lewis-works domain and that involve issues relating to strategic planning, operational implementation, organization and cybernetic control processes.</div> <bR> <div> 2. To provide the framework for metasystemic integration of alternative real systems within global, regional and local contexts in a comprehensive manner, and to provide the knowledge systems and other critical resources necessary to facilitate such integration.</div> <bR> <div> 3.
