Operational Systems
Operational systems are those working frameworks that become established and stabilized in their form to the degree that they render a large portion of the larger system predictable in a built-in manner. Rendering many tasks and functions routine-operational is a way of handling the overload of information and working processes in complex systems.
There are developmental cycles in which these operational systems will be emergent and will become increasingly streamlined as they are realized in real terms.
