Troubleshooting
We offer trouble-shooting frameworks in field settings internationally for solving problems relating to complex human organizations. The possible problems to be encountered in such field settings might include: productivity and efficiency; communication and coordination; conflict management and resolution; counter-cultural and anti-structural influences; mutual expectations, objectives, values and frames of reference; implicit cultural differences and inter-cultural mediation; group dynamics and social behavior; issues of health practice, nutrition; problems of human development, education; problems of prejudice, ethnocentrism and discrimination; symbolic mediation (receptivity/resistance to change), psychological adjustment and behavioral/relational response patterns.
Beyond analysis and contextualization of patterns encountered in complex organizational frameworks, we also offer implementation strategies and experiments design to solve such problems in a straight-forward and cost-effective manner. It is frequently the case that in especially large and complex organizational structures, the causes and factors contributing to problems may be hidden and latent to the background of things, and that the problems themselves may be largely hidden from direct view. In such cases one may sense that something is wrong or at least not quite right, but also not know exactly what it is, much less how to change things to improve them.
Simply put, what we offer are quick, productive and cost-effective methods of direct objective observation and detailed analysis, within comparative frameworks, that to rapid identification of patterns and isolation of factors in such organizational settings that effect the problem set.
