Consulting Policies

Our consulting policies follow strictly and specifically the guidelines established by our general policy statements.

To reiterate the main points as far as consulting is concerned:

1. Client interests, rights and confidentiality are strictly and discretely maintained.

2. No projects will be undertaken, either generally or specifically, if any of the following conditions hold:

   a. The project is construed as being upon some level unethical or generally antithetical to the mission of Lewis Works.

   b. The resources for successfully carrying the project do not exist or are insufficient to the problem of timely resolution.

   c. If a clear sense of strategy and resolution cannot be clearly ascertained or the risks involved in the implementation are beyond the current scope of the Lewis Works framework.

3. Results and reports of any successful consulting project will be made available to clients in a timely manner, and any project that does not succeed in a timely way will be prematurely terminated for the sake of mutual interest.
