We divide this service between general and special consulting projects:

1. General consulting problems may be said to involve the application of general systems frameworks to a wide range of problem areas for the purpose of clearly defining and identifying problem sets in alternative frames of reference. It is often the case that people feel like a problem exists but lack even a clear definition of what the problem may be--they may impose their own attitudes upon the problem which serves to obstruct a more realistic model of the true dimensions and reasons for the problem in the first place. Realistic problem solving depends upon realistic problem identification and definition that leads to operationalization and project design. We will seek to frame and define whatever problem areas may exist in terms of such a framework and provide a general form of assistance in setting up frameworks for attacking problems in a viable manner. Consideration for special consulting needs is part of a general consulting framework.

2. Special consulting projects may be said to be a form of intensive and focused research design that is scheduled and has finite results  Special consulting project can be considered spin-offs and a second phase of a successfully developed general consulting problem. We are reluctant to take on special consulting projects without due consideration and realistic assessment of the results, resources available and the time-table by which resolution can be achieved.
