Resources

Resources come in many forms, and may be created or realized in a creative fashion where none were thought to exist. Thus, knowledge will employed is a resource, as are people, or energy, or material things of a specific kind and design. To some extent resources may be substituted and traded off for one another. Human resources are difficult to calculate or even estimate in any quantitative manner, and tend to fluctuate with motivation and productivity levels.
