More Information
A lot of information on various related topics has become available upon the web at various url's. The fastest way to gain information or to answer questions is either through links on the left frame of this window, which is regularly updated, or by getting in touch directly with me by e-mail or telephone via the contacts on the contact page above.
Lewis Business Net was first organized in November of 2003. It represented our first serious attempt to diversify our business interests away from publishing, which was our original business framework, and it became our first on-line store-front. We were dissatisfied with the ASP style programming with this site and the expense of maintaining it as it was, so I decided to cancel the account completely with the intention of returning to the project of its web-development in the near future.
Like the larger Lewis Works framework, Lewis Business Net has been an on-going project under almost continuous development. The first part of last year was largely a framework for learning and setting up a new business. I have subsequently pursued various lines of business development in the remainder of this past year.
My main aim in terms of business, best represented by these pages and the Lewis Business Net website, is to collect together in one place the diverse tendrils of my business interests as they have developed and become realized, and to try to bring out the business-related aspects of all the other areas of interest and involvement that I maintain in my life.
It is our sincere and genuine hope to expand this framework and to make it work for an increasing variety and array of interests in a realistic, contemporary and efficient manner. We do not want to pursue business merely for the sake of profit or to get rich as quick as possible--rather business development is both a necessary evil and the source of almost unlimited good in the world that is part and parcel to the development not just of the entire Lewis Works framework, but of every part of that framework. We have lost much business merely for not pursuing things in a more aggressive manner. It has not been our aim to aggressive promote our business interests and involvements, but to do so in a non-aggressive and gradual manner that better serves the larger needs and interests of the framework as a whole.
